Delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and address information for Gentle Home orders.
Order processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods. Processing is separate from transit.
Delivery estimates
Estimated transit is 5–12 business days domestically and 7–20 business days internationally after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees unless checkout explicitly says so.
Shipping charges
Methods and charges appear at checkout. Promotional free shipping may require $39 after discounts and before taxes unless stated otherwise.
Tracking
When available, tracking is emailed after dispatch and may take 48 hours to show the first scan.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments may incur charges from the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible.
Address problems and failed delivery
Customers must provide an accurate address. Reshipping costs may apply after return caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or failed collection.
Delays, loss, or damage
Customs, weather, peak seasons, or carriers can cause delays. Contact support@trygentlehome.com if tracking is unusually delayed or a parcel arrives damaged.
